The Jackalope (Lepus Hornonicus) is a formidable cryptid  native to Western North Obscuria.  Not to be confused with Jackacorns (one-horned variants), or Jackalanterns (pumpkin/rabbit hybrids), the Jackalope can always be identified by their two horns, long furry ears, and that ornery look in their eye.

Fact

The wily Jackalope can reach a top running speed of up to 75 miles / 120 kilometers per hour however they prefer to use their horns when riled, and running with your horns isn’t easy.  Mating pairs of Jackalopes also eschew formal marriage ceremonies; instead, they “jackelope”.
