  • 13/4 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/8 cup flax seed
  • 1/8 cup Chia seed

Cooking Instructions

Dump everything in the bowl quick (you have Monsters and Rangers loosing energy fast), and mix together. Once combined form into balls, (one big monster bite or about 3 kid bites size). Place on wax paper or foil on cookie sheet. Put in fridge for at least an hour, but can be eaten as soon as they are made.


  • This is great for camping, school, work or just a healthy snack.
  • Great for Scouts and Monsters to share.
  • Add raw pepitas, substitute raisins for chocolate chips
  • Pack a few (with plenty of water) for a hike.
